To promote the growth and development of all POCUA Police Credit Unions, Police Partners, Business Partners, and all those they serve through the advancement of the business of serving law enforcement and their families.

Our Vision

Soundness for the greater law enforcement community and their families. This aligns with the Four Pillars of our Soundness Initiative.

Our Core Values

1. To have a true and unwavering passion for serving law enforcement and their families.

2. To believe that serving law enforcement is more important, or at least as important, as being a credit union or other business entity.

3. To collaborate with fellow POCUA Credit Unions, Business Partners, and Police Partners with the purpose of growing everyone's unique businesses and providing a higher level of service to law enforcement and their families throughout the country.
